Note: Boat Operator Certification testing will be done at the D/32 rendezvous in St Helens on Thursday, Aug 18, through Saturday, Aug 20. Mark Balcom, kaiulani@coho.net, and Steve Zinsmeister stephenz069@cenyturytel.net will run the on the water testing for Inland and Coastal Navigator. They will also offer testing for those who have achieved these levels to become Inland and Coastal Certifier and Certifier Trainers.

Go to the USPS National Education web site for information. You need to get the student packet from your squadron education officer for each level. Cost is $40. The required courses and seminars do not need to be taken prior to OTW testing but you need to reiew the material in the packet on what skills will be required and what will be tested.
